|Law of Attracton: You Are What You Think|
What does this mean?First, it means that if you want something or someone to appear in your life, all you need to do is think about it/him/her. It also means that if you don't know that something or someone exists, you won't see it or hear about it, but when you discover that something you didn't know exists, is as real as you, you start seeing it everywhere, it 'strangely' start popping up in your life.
An example of this would be when I first learned about Freemasonry. At first, I didn't know that such organization exists, nor did I ever heard of it, but after reading a little about it, I start seeing signs of freemasonry everywhere, if I went to a library, all the books in it would be about freemasonry, all kinds of websites, articles and books about freemasonry began popping up into my life, it was a mess!
So how did I fix it? I stopped thinking about it! and everything just stopped; no more websites, no more books, no more Glyphs... I stopped thinking about it and it just disappeared. I am sure that if I were to think about it more, about the 'logical' explanation to what was happening, things would've just became worse, I figured out that the only way to make it stop was to stop thinking about it.
How to use the law of attraction for your own good?
Using the LoA is very simple, just think about something you need in your life right now, say like a girlfriend, money, certain status... Making it work though, is the hardest part, certain criteria must be found and present in the person using the law:
1. Good IntentionThe Law of Attraction can only be used for good purposes, like getting healed, meeting someone, beating fear... you can't use the LoA to hurt somebody or even yourself, thinking about dying for example won't make you die, it would be a good exercise though.
2. Strong WillSometimes The Law of Attraction is also referred to as The Power of Will, the stronger the will you have to change something in your life, the more likely it is to change.
3. High ConsciousnessHow well are you connected to the universal consciousness (AKA God)? Do you act for the benefit of the whole humanity? Do you live consciously? Do you love others unconditionally? and act with love and compassion with others? Make sure all the answers for these questions are yes (except the first one) before attempting to use the LoA.
If you fit these criteria, it means that the Law of Attraction is now on your side, it doesn't mean though that you can use it to pop up a roll of toilet paper when you run out of them, but rather to summon courage in scary situations.
I can proudly say that I'm a skillful user of the LoA, not intentionally though, but it seems that whatever I think of, appears in my life almost immediately, I think it's because the three criteria mentioned above are present in me in a strong way, for example, I don't have ideas about hurting anybody, my will may not be that intense but I'm definitely contributing to the universal consciousness.
I never use the Law of Attraction on purpose, things are going very smooth right now, so why ask for more and risk messing things up? I believe that as long as I keep living consciously, and genuinely connecting with others, the higher consciousness will remain happy about me, and keep satisfying my needs.
The other side of the mirror
We already discussed how you can use the first feature of the LoA (thinking in order to attract), but how about the second? 'Not thinking' for 'not attracting'? Let's explain with an example: An ordinary person knows that fire exists because he can see it and feel it, on the other hand though, an Eskimo doesn't believe in fire because he has never seen it nor felt it. What does this mean? It means that the Eskimo won't attract fire into his life, because he doesn't believe in it, only when he start believing, will he ever be able to see a real fire. The point is: don't be that Eskimo! Believe in order to achieve, don't wonder why you're not succeeding if you don't believe you can succeed. Henry Ford once said: "Whether you think you can or think you can't, You are right."
We can conclude then, that in order to become a successful person, you need to believe first that you can succeed (one face of LoA), and then start thinking like successful people think in order to attract success into your life (the other face of LoA).
The same applies for happiness; happiness is a state of mind, you don't need an external motif, power, or material to make you happy. Whenever you're feeling down, just think happy thoughts and you become automatically happy yourself. Ever thought how women remain happy while giving birth? (although they don't look like they are), with all the pain and aches of giving birth? It's because they know they are bringing a new conscious soul into life, one that will change their lives forever.
I can give you an infinite number of examples on the uses of the Law of Attraction (and believe me infinite is a very large number), but all I wanted to say is: "You are what you think, and you become what you think about, but you can't become something you don't believe in."
